Formed as an independent 501 (c)3 nonprofit in 2000, the Alliance For Education serves as a framework organization to bring together people, organizations and resources focused on improving our local public education systems. We serve seven parishes in Northwest Louisiana (Caddo, Bossier, DeSoto, Webster, Red River, Claiborne and Bienville) with programs, projects and public policy efforts designed to seek systemic improvement for all children.

The Alliance places improved student achievement at the core of everything we do and has built a program of work around four main focus areas of programming.
